He received his education in Belgrade, where he graduated at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. After defending a specialist thesis titled "Contribution to the knowledge of etiopathogenesis, diagnosis, therapy, and prevention of canine babesiosis," he was awarded the title of carnivore health care specialist in 2001. Dr. Aleksic is licensed by the Veterinary Chamber of Serbia under license number 1027. He got his many years of experience working in Belgrade veterinary clinics, and he improved and acquired his expertise at domestic and international educational seminars. His research interests include canine and feline disorders, soft tissue surgery, diagnostic and imaging techniques.

She graduated from Belgrade's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2004 and currently holds License No. 0533. Dr. Smiljkovic expanded her knowledge by working at a veterinary pharmacy and clinic in Belgrade, as well as attending domestic and international trainings at congresses and professional seminars. Her research interests include nutrition, skin illnesses, parasite infections, laboratory diagnostics, and data processing.
